Privacy notice

This notice explains how Vibe (vibe.jayren.ai), operated by Jayren Teo in Singapore, handles your personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Account data. Your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time link.
• Learning progress. Which checklist items you have completed and the evidence notes or links you choose to add.
• Enquiries. If you contact us about a workshop or programme: your name, email, company, team size, the format you are interested in and your message.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.

Why we collect it

To let you sign in and keep your progress across devices, to award credentials, and to reply to your enquiry. We use your data only for these purposes.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase in its Singapore region (ap-southeast-1). The website is served through Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

Progress data is kept while your account is active. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless they lead to an engagement. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your data. You can delete your progress yourself from your account page. For anything else, or to withdraw consent, email hey@jayren.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Access to your progress is restricted by row-level security so that only you can read or change it. Enquiry data can be read only by the operator. We follow the practices we teach.
